Ballin on a budget with some flair

When it comes to my outfits, I typically stay pretty neutral, you know, black, white, grey. I rarely step out with bold colored clothing items. So instead I add that pop through my accessories, mostly my earrings. Earrings have always been something I loved to wear, and I feel like they give outfits that extra step and sometimes just making me feel a bit extra in the right way! Recently I have been OBSESSED with Sugarfix by Baublebar! You get the quality of Baublebar, but you can get them at Target, and anything from Target is my favorite, plus the price is amazing as well.

Over the last year, I swear I have collected about ten pairs of earrings from Sugarfix. Each pair give me such a different vibe and way to add some flair to any of the outfits I put on. Accessorizing with earrings can add just enough dramatics to make the statement you want.

When I am styling an outfit, I always think to myself, “what earring is gonna match?”, so I wanna share a bit with you how I style my outfits with my earrings!

I’ll start with fancy nights!

I love me a night when you can dress to the nines. I always feel so beautiful and then nights always bring so much fun. There are outfits that on their own are stunning, but sometimes you put on an outfit, and you can tell something is missing. It’s not the shoes or the outfit, but something and I always seem always to find that earrings make my outfits.

I’ll put on a cute jumpsuit, btw those are the best, and I feel great, know I look great, but my outfit isn’t complete, and then it happens I put on the bright pink Sugarfix earrings, and I feel complete. When I am wearing anything black or neutral, bright earrings are my go too, that pop of color oh man watch out!

Even when I am not wearing black or neutral, on the rare occasion that I am wearing colors, I will pull the color out with my earrings or go neutral with the earring that is wow factors. Like when I was on the cruise, I bought the CUTEST two-piece jumpsuit, and it was GREEN! Don’t worry I have shocked myself with that purchase but believe me I will be wearing it again. Also, I am not showing you a picture of me on the cruise because I DIDN’T TAKE A PHOTO, UGHGGHGHGHG! Oh well, I can wear it again! Hehe. Okay back to the point, I wore the green piece, and with my earring, I wore black drop earrings! With this outfit having so much color, I felt that it needed something a little understated, but also a bit dramatic, like me 

You see earrings add what you need whether it’s flare or dramatics they can do it for you!

My absolute favorite time to wear statement earrings is when I am wearing a more casual outfit.

I live in casual outfits outside of work, and sometimes I wanna feel a little bit sassy I will throw on my earrings and say, “hello world here I am.” So, when I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt, earrings add that extra sassy to help me make a statement without being too bold!

Like this outfit, I am wearing jeans, jean button up and statement hoops! These hoops are my favorite. The color is perfect for adding something to most outfits, and the gold on the ends help bring more flair to it as well.

When I am buying the earrings, I always think about how this will look and what pieces of clothing will be the best fit with this, or can I wear this casually and dressed up? Let me tell you that the answer is always YES!
